Frequently asked questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. Any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser. The observer app installs as a web app from the browser, no app store needed.
What happens if there's no signal at the section?
The observer app works offline. It stores scores locally and syncs automatically when signal returns. Nothing is lost.
Can I import my rider list?
Yes. Import riders from a CSV file with name, bib number, category, and club. You can also register them manually from the panel.
How do observers access the app?
Each observer receives a 4-digit PIN. They enter it in the app, select the event, and they're ready to score. No email accounts, no passwords.
Can I correct a score afterwards?
Yes. The observer can review their history and correct any score, stating the reason. It's all logged in the system.
