Access to and use of this website and TdeTrial applications (admin, observer, live portal) implies acceptance of these terms.

Users agree to use the service lawfully, in good faith, and respecting the rights of others.

Use of the service for illegal purposes, manipulation of scores or results, and any activity that may harm the platform is prohibited.

3. Intellectual property

All website content (text, designs, logos, source code, images) is the property of TdeTrial or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

4. Limitation of liability

TdeTrial is committed to keeping the service operational and secure, applying reasonable technical measures to do so.

However, TdeTrial is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure.
  • Damage resulting from cyberattacks (hacking, DDoS, malware) or other security incidents beyond our reasonable control, provided we have applied security measures in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Data loss caused by user device failures or misuse of the service.
  • Decisions made by organisers or judges regarding scores or sports results.
  • Content on third-party websites linked from this page.

In the event of a security incident, TdeTrial will act diligently to mitigate the impact and will notify affected parties as required by GDPR and LOPDGDD.

5. Sports data

Scores, standings, and results managed through TdeTrial are the responsibility of the organisation managing each event.

TdeTrial acts as a technological tool. Sports decisions are the responsibility of the organisers and judges of each competition.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In particular:

  • Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament (GDPR).
  • Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile, in accordance with applicable regulations.

TdeTrial reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with the update date.
